Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name

under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

Acts 4:12

It has been exciting to see how God has been working already in 2020.  We continue pressing on anticipating greater things from our Lord.  The church continues to go forward.    We have had very good attendance on Sunday night services.  Not only that, our numbers in children’s Bible club as well as the ladies’, men’s, and couple’s meetings have increased along with new first-time visitors.   We have had a Venezuelan family that has been coming to services, and two weeks ago, Sandra, the mother, and the oldest son, Alexassander, accepted Christ as their Savior.  We are praying for the father’s salvation as well.

The beginning of January we received a shipment of booklets, Bibles, and John and Romans.  The booklets are Dr. Ray Bearden’s material that has been translated into the Portuguese language.  We are thankful to Dr. Bearden for sending us this material and the funds to be able to ship it to other churches as well.  We have shipped many boxes already to different pastors in different states with the intent to provide material to help with the evangelistic work of the church.  We have been going door to door in our city doing this evangelistic work, and the people have been very receptive.  Our goal is to place this material in every home in our city.  Please pray that we will see fruit from this work.

We have also received the building permit for the all-purpose building.  Edemar, one of the church members, has already started building the metal posts and the rafters.  We hope to start digging the footers next week.  We are in rainy season, and we have had a lot of rain.  This might slow us down a little, but we are excited to see the beginning process of the work underway.  We want to thank all that have helped financially with this.  Of the 10,000 dollars, God has already blessed us with 9,000.

Another way God has blessed us is with the deed to the church property.  One thing that we learned quickly in most of the areas that we have worked is that most of the properties do not have a deed.  The mayor of our town is working on legalizing all the properties.  This week they released the paperwork so that we can get the deed for the church property.  This has been a big answer to prayer and will already come out in the church’s name since it is organized.

We have recently sent out some updates about the court case that has been ongoing for the past nine years.  There has been some movement in the case, but we are still waiting to see what is going to happen.  Our attorney filed some paperwork on Wednesday, February 26th.  We continue to pray for God to give the victory for His honor and glory.  Some have requested more information about the court case as it was been going on for so long.  We want to be transparent to everyone, so if you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us by emailing to one of the email addresses in the column on the left or either by the phone number.  It is a stateside number (Skype) and will ring here in our house.

PRAISE:  1. Salvation of souls.  2. Church Deed.  3. Building permit.

PRAYER REQUEST: 1. Salvation of souls.  2.  Spiritual growth of the believers.  3. Victory in the court case.

Thank you once again for your faithfulness in prayer and giving making it possible for us to do the work that God has place us in.

Joyfully serving Him,
