Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

“As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.”

Col 2:6 & 7

Church Plant

We are very excited about the new church plant, Igreja Batista Rocha Eterna, (Eternal Rock Baptist Church) that is soon to begin.  We pray that by the first part of August we will be ready to open the church doors for service.  We have been extremely busy working days and nights trying to finish off the building.  The building was in need of a lot of work.  We have had to secure the building due to the neighborhood.  Not only that the building had to be rewired, and we are in the process of painting.  There is still plumbing work for the bathrooms and drop ceilings to put in the classrooms before we begin.  Pease pray that God will continue to grant us the health, strength and financial part to finish off what we need to finish so we can begin to have services.  We have also spent much time over this building in prayer as well.  What good is a building without souls to fill it up.  We are expecting God to do some great things here.

Church in Rio Branco

It is exciting to see the work once turned over to the national pastor continue to grow and go forward.  Pr. Reuel sent us some pictures the other day of a couple’s retreat they had.  We were excited to see all the new couples.  People that we did not know but are now part of the family of God through the faithful witness of the church there.

Court Case

The three judges still have not ruled on the case.  Continue to pray that we will win this appeal process.

We thank each and everyone of you for your prayers, letters, cards, phone calls, thoughts and  financial support.  Only eternity will show the impact that you had in the ministry here.  We love you.
